It is imperative to our wellness to become intuitive in what foods are best for our bio-individuality.  One person can thrive eating a specific food while another person can have adverse affects. Notice how you feel when you eat. Consuming a plant based diet can be easier on our digestive system. However pay attention to what foods energize you and which foods don’t. Be mindful what your choose to put into your precious body.
