Come to nostril breathing; inhale through your nose for 4-6 counts and exhale through your nose 4-6 counts. Stay in rhythm with your breathing as you focus on a photo.
Find a photo that resonates with you. Notice all the colors and features as you connect to the beautifulness presented. Take a deep breath in through your nose out through your mouth then back to nostril breathing. Visualize that you are standing on the middle of the photo. Take another deep breath. Feel the air.
